With more than 28 years of experience in the travel industry, I specialize in helping travelers plan premium and luxury river cruises, small ship ocean cruises, and memorable journeys throughout Europe and beyond. Based in Medina, Ohio, I work with clients throughout Northeast Ohio and across the country who often have a good idea of where they want to go but appreciate having an experienced travel advisor handle the booking details and oversee their complete itinerary. From choosing the right cruise and accommodations to coordinating pre- and post-cruise stays, transfers, and other important details, I help make sure all the pieces come together seamlessly. Many of my clients prefer to book their own airfare using points or miles, and that’s perfectly fine, I’m happy to focus on the rest of the journey while providing helpful tips, reminders, and guidance along the way.

Based in North Royalton, Ohio, she combines her extensive industry knowledge with her own travel experiences to help clients find the cruise, destination, and itinerary that best fits their travel style and interests. Kim is a certified Viking River Cruise consultant and has completed extensive training with a variety of cruise lines and travel suppliers. Whether planning a relaxing Caribbean getaway, an exciting ocean voyage, or a European river cruise, Kim provides knowledgeable guidance, helpful recommendations, and attention to the important details that help make each vacation a wonderful experience from beginning to end.
