WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT WORKING WITH OUR TRAVEL AGENCY
You don’t pay anything to work with CruiseWiz Travel LLC.
The commission we earn is from the travel supplier, not from our clients!
We can save you hours of time and a lot of frustration because we do the research for you. You won’t have to worry about filtering through thousands of Google results and reviews!
We don’t just make the booking. CruiseWiz Travel LLC prides itself on the personalized service and attention we provide our clients, before their trips and after they’ve returned home.
We know these destinations and ships, and have experienced many of them ourselves! That expertise makes the difference between a good vacation and an unforgettable one.
Prefer to book your own flights with points or miles? No problem. Many of our clients handle their own airfare… we coordinate the cruise, accommodations, transfers, pre- and post-cruise stays and other arrangements. We’ll help make sure the pieces work together as one complete itinerary.
Pre- and Post- Cruise Planning
Extend Your Vacation Beyond the Cruise
Your vacation doesn’t have to begin when you step aboard the ship, or end when you disembark. Adding a few days before or after your cruise gives you more time to experience the destination, adjust to the time change, and make the most of traveling so far from home.
CruiseWiz Travel LLC can help coordinate pre- and post-cruise stays for both river and ocean cruises, including independent arrangements beyond the packages offered by the cruise line. Whether you’d like extra time in Amsterdam before a Rhine River cruise, several days in Budapest after sailing the Danube, a stay in Rome before a Mediterranean cruise, or a more extensive European land itinerary, we can help bring the pieces together.
Pre- & post-cruise planning may include:
- Hotels before or after your cruise
- Private or shared airport and cruise-port transfers
- Rail transportation between European cities
- Independent sightseeing tours and excursions
- Cruise-line pre- and post-cruise extension packages
- Additional destinations before or after your cruise
- Guidance on how much time to allow between destinations
- Coordination of your cruise and land arrangements into a complete itinerary
- Helpful travel tips, reminders, and destination information
Can I Book My Own Airfare?
Absolutely. Many of our clients prefer to book their own flights, particularly when using airline miles, credit-card points, or loyalty benefits accumulated over the years. You are welcome to arrange your own airfare while we take care of your cruise and other vacation arrangements. Once your flights are confirmed, we can help make sure the timing works appropriately with your cruise, hotels, transfers, and other components of your trip.
Should I Arrive Before My Cruise?
For international cruises, arriving at least a day or two early is often worth considering. In addition to providing a cushion for unexpected flight disruptions, arriving early gives you time to adjust to your destination and enjoy a city that might otherwise be little more than your embarkation point.
For many European river and ocean cruises, we can also help you decide whether it makes more sense to arrive in the embarkation city or spend time elsewhere before traveling to the ship.
Cruise & Land Vacations Made Easier
You may already know which cruise you want to take and where you’d like to go before or afterward. That’s perfectly fine. You don’t need us to start from a blank sheet of paper.
Our role can be as simple, or as comprehensive, as you need. We can book your cruise, help coordinate the surrounding travel arrangements, and provide experienced oversight to make sure the different pieces of your vacation work together.
Based in Northeast Ohio, CruiseWiz Travel LLC works with travelers in Medina County, the greater Cleveland and Akron area, and clients throughout the United States planning river cruises, premium and luxury ocean cruises, European cruise vacations, and pre- and post-cruise travel.
